I'm Ragan. Form has always been everything to me. Where my weight sits, how my feet meet the floor, whether the right muscles are doing the work: I think about all of it.
Four years ago my best friend got me onto a reformer. Then my mom started coming, and now we go together all the time, in studios across Texas and Puerto Rico. And every single class, my socks slipped. Toes, heels, during froggies, on the chair pedals. When form is the whole point, a sliding foot undoes the work.
So I compared over a dozen brands and talked to instructors. The gap was always the same: no grip at the heel, grip that faded after a few washes. Eighteen months of samples later, Bodynam has full heel-to-toe silicone and an elevated heel that climbs the back of the heel. We've tested it through more than 80 studio sessions.

Born on a reformer.

I compared over a dozen brands and talked to instructors. The gap was always the same: no heel grip, grip that fades after a few washes, socks that shift on the foot even when the dots hold the floor. I could find pretty. I could not find functional.
2025
Several samples.
Eighteen months. Several changes to the blend of fibers before the sock stayed put and the grip stayed on. We landed on a tessellated silicone matrix that runs the entire footbed, heel to toe, with an elevated heel zone that rises up the back of the heel. Applied densely, so the grip lasts.

Bodynam.
Tested on the machine that started it all, and in every studio I walked into.
