Refund policy

Effective date: July 6, 2026

The guarantee

Grip it or send it back. If your socks do not grip the way you expected, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Wearing them to class does not void the guarantee; that is what the trial is for.

How to return

Email support@bodynam.com with your order number, or reply to your order confirmation. You cover the return postage. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving, and your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Exchanges

Wrong size or shade? Same 30 days, same process, you cover the return postage and we ship the replacement. Tell us what you want instead.

Sets

If you return part of a set (Duo, Trio, or Quintet), we refund the difference between the set price you paid and the standard price of what you kept.

The fine print, kept short

The guarantee covers normal studio use and care per our care instructions. We may decline returns that show damage well beyond normal use, and repeated-return abuse. Items marked final sale, if we ever offer any, will say so clearly before you buy. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
