Bodynam ("we", "us") is operated by Bodynam LLC, PO Box 1412, Helotes, TX 78023. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit bodynam.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to sell you socks and stay in touch if you ask us to, we do not sell your personal information for money, and you can reach a person about any of it at support@bodynam.com.

Information you give us

Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number if provided, and what you bought. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

Account and marketing information: your email if you join our list, and your preferences.

Correspondence: anything you send us by email or through the contact form, including size or fit details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This supports the shopping cart, site analytics, and, with your consent, marketing.

How we use it

To fulfill orders: processing payment, shipping, sending order and tracking emails, handling returns.

To operate and improve the site: analytics, fraud screening, debugging.

To market with consent: our email list (you can unsubscribe in one click in any email) and, advertising and cart-reminder tools, which you can opt out of anytime through the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer.

To meet legal obligations: tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need: Shopify (our ecommerce platform and payment processing), Amazon (which stores and ships our orders), shipping carriers, Klaviyo (our email service), Judge.me (product reviews), our cart and marketing tool (UpsellIt), analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), and advertising partners (Google, Meta, and TikTok). Each processes your information under its own privacy terms and our instructions. We do not sell personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising and analytics partners may count as "sharing" or a "sale" under California law; the section below explains how to opt out.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies help us measure the site and our ads. You can opt out of their use for targeted advertising anytime through the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, the EU, and the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing", and to not be treated differently for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, email support@bodynam.com with the request; we will verify it is you and respond within the legally required time. California residents: to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer (labeled "Your privacy choices").

Retention, security, and children

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we delete what we no longer need. Data is encrypted in transit; our providers maintain industry-standard security. The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
