Agreement

These terms govern your use of bodynam.com and your purchases from Bodynam LLC ("Bodynam", "we"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products, pricing, and orders

We work to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizing, and care. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and we may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or address problems); if we cancel, you are refunded in full. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.

Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund Policy, both incorporated into these terms. The short version of our guarantee: wear them to class, and if they do not grip the way you expected, send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no interfering with its operation, no scraping or copying content for commercial use, and no placing fraudulent orders.

Our content

The Bodynam name, wordmark, photography, and site content belong to Bodynam LLC or our licensors. You may not use them without written permission, other than sharing links or content the site is designed to share.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Grip socks improve traction; they do not eliminate the risk of slipping, and you use them at your own judgment during exercise. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodynam LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we have a dispute, contact us first at support@bodynam.com; most issues resolve in one email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we each waive trial by jury to the extent permitted.

Changes, severability, contact
